Systems, programs and models
Systems have always been central to Stefan's work in all categories. He understands the power of systems as a value-tool to command actions at scale, but also as a learning-tool to observe those actions abstractly.
Systems can be effectual or emergent. Knowing what system or model is appropriate or recognising when one is emerging requires sometimes simultaneous analytical and creative viewpoints; processes of design-thinking that are among his strengths.
His systems have been proven in leveraging vast affect by scalable means. Playing pivotal roles in design and delivery of large and complex schemes for public wayfinding, export shipping, manufacturing processes, inventory, services and project delivery.
Stefan is familiar with the principles of ERP, MRP and SAP and Lean, Agile, Kanban, CIP and QA frameworks among others.
